Shirley has over 20 years of administrative experience working with community health at Hamilton Health Center in Harrisburg, PA. Her last position at Hamilton Health was executive assistant to the CEO. She also worked with a Northern Virginia insurance company where she served as the administrative support for the managerial and sales staff. She received the Georgetown University's Professional Manager Certificate for completing course work in the field of Leadership Development in 2006.
