Dr. Elizabeth Ferris met with a group of faculty and students from the International Relations Department of the University of Costa Rica. They talked about ISIM’s work and the general state of immigration/refugee policy in the US. They visited Georgetown as part of a commemoration of 100 years of the discipline of international relations.
