Researching Internal Displacement released a timely paper that focuses attention on how to improve humanitarian assistance and solutions for people displaced within Ukraine by the 2014 and 2022 conflicts. Catherine Rabus, author of this piece, recently graduated from the Master of Arts in German and European Studies program at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service where she received graduate certificates in Refugees and Humanitarian Crises as well as Gender, Peace and Security. In 2020, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University in Political Science with minors in Peace and Justice Studies and German.
