Ludmila Bogdan holds a doctoral degree in Political Science from the University of Vienna and a Master of Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. At ISIM, she is working on several articles on migration and human trafficking.
Heidrun Bohnet is a post-doctoral visiting scholar at ISIM working on protracted refugee situations. Her research topics include refugee integration in Turkey and refugee settlement policies in Africa.
Claire Higgins is a Fulbright Postdoctoral Scholar at ISIM, and a Senior Research Associate at the Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law at UNSW in Sydney. At ISIM, she is researching the use of ‘in-country’ processing within the United States refugee admissions program.
Yadi Zhang is a PhD candidate for School of Public Affairs at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. At ISISM, she is working on a comparative analysis of Western and Chinese concepts of global migration governance and is translating ISIM Professor Emerita Dr. Susan Martin’s book International Migration—Evolving Trends from the Early 20th Century to the Present.
