Richa Shivakoti is a PhD student in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore. Her thesis aims to better understand the various policy relationships between different actors involved in labor migration sector in Nepal and the Philippines, to see if the network structure can help explain differences in policy outcomes.
