The Symposium Report from our September 25th event, “Implementing Immigration Reform: Imagining the Possibilities,” is now available for download. ISIM co-hosted this event with Deloitte Consulting, with the purpose of stimulating a discussion on strategies, solutions, and innovations for implementing immigration reform. The symposium convened leaders from Federal agencies, Capitol Hill, private sector organizations, non-profits, think tanks, and academia to generate meaningful discussion around immigration reform issues, including border security, immigrant outreach, and the need to meet future labor demands.

The day began with a Congressional Debate between Rep. Chris Van Hollen (D-Maryland) and former Rep. Tom Davis (R-Virgina), followed by comments from Felicia Escobar, Senior Policy Director for Immigration, White House Domestic Policy Council.
