Title: Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies Grant

This grant supports teaching and research activities related to refugees and humanitarian emergencies. Through this grant and others, ISIM offers a Certificate in Refugee and Humanitarian Emergencies at the Masters level. Georgetown students take six courses related to humanitarian issues, forced migration, human rights and conflict prevention and resolution. This grant also permitts ISIM to conduct research, hold symposia and workshops and undertake other activities aimed at improving responses to these crises.
