My name is Emma Pond, I am originally from Northern California but I've lived in Boston for the past two years. I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2020, with a BA in International Relations. Over the past four years, I have worked with refugees and asylum seekers in Boston, New York, and Greece. I am looking forward to developing my language skills and diving into methods of humanitarian assistance and emergency response while at Georgetown. I am looking forward to meeting the rest of the MIMR cohort!
