Kritika Sharma
Kritika Sharma is a digital storyteller with a passion for language, culture and international affairs. Her experience spans video production, communications and language education and she specializes in showcasing diversity through digital stories.
She is currently the assistant director of multimedia production at the Walsh School of Foreign Service. She was most recently the digital communications and content manager at Georgetown University’s Institute of Politics and Public Service and previously was the communications associate at Women’s Congressional Policy Institute. She has also taught French as a video creator at FluentU and speaks French, Hindi, Marathi and Spanish.
Kritika holds a B.A. from the University of Washington in international studies and linguistics. She completed her capstone on migrant detention in Washington state and her interests lie at the intersection of human rights, politics, culture and policy. She looks forward to building hands-on skills in the MIMR program and is especially interested in the role history, religion and culture play in developing sustainable policy solutions.
When she’s not on the digital stage, she might be found on a physical one! Kritika is a part-time, professional Kathak (Indian classical) dancer.
