Mackenzie Poust
Operations and Program Manager, Master of Arts in International Migration and CCAS
Mackenzie Poust joined ISIM in early 2025 and transitioned to her current role in July. In her position, she supports the Associate Director of the MIMR Program and the Advisor for the Certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies, advising students on coursework and academic planning. She also contributes to event and program management, recruitment, and admissions for the Master’s program. Prior to ISIM, Mackenzie worked with several NGOs and academic institutions in or focused on the Arabic-speaking world. She is a former Center for Arabic Study Abroad (CASA I) fellow in Amman, Jordan, and holds a BA in Religious Studies and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Mary Washington and an MA in Arab Studies from Georgetown University.
At Georgetown, Mackenzie is also affiliated with the Center for Contemporary Arab Studies.
