Ashley Feasley
Director, Transborder Security, National Security Council, White House
Ashley Feasley is the Legal Expert in Residence at the Immigration Law and Policy Initiative, Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and an Immigration Policy Fellow at Hyphen Partnerships. Ashley served as a Director for Transborder Security at the National Security Council at the White House for the Biden Administration and also worked in policy development and advisory roles at the Administration for Children and Families within the Department of Health and Human Services and at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection within the Department of Homeland Security. Ashley has extensive experience in migration and international trade law: including immigration law, customs and anti- dumping/countervailing duties, human trafficking and refugee and asylum law. She previously worked as the Director for Migration Policy and Public Affairs at the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, and held senior level positions at the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc., and the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service. Ms. Feasley has taught at Fordham University School of Law and at the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Ashley clerked for the Honorable Evan J. Wallach at the United States Court of International Trade in New York from 2008-2010. Ashley received a Bachelors of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and a Masters of Law from Fordham University School of Law.
